Author Submission Guidelines
Welcome to JPTM Publications. We empower authors to share high-quality academic and technical knowledge. Follow these detailed steps to submit your manuscript for review.
Phase 1: Proposal & Initial Inquiry
Before submitting a full manuscript, authors must provide a formal proposal to help our editorial board evaluate the scope and relevance of the work.
- Author Proposal Form: Include the title, target audience (e.g., B.Tech/M.Tech students), and a 300-word abstract.
- Detailed Table of Contents: A chapter-wise breakdown of the topics covered.
- Sample Chapter: A complete chapter demonstrating your writing style and technical depth.
- Author Bio: A brief CV highlighting your academic credentials and teaching experience.
Phase 2: Editorial Review & Contract
Every proposal undergoes a rigorous peer-review process.
- Peer Review: Experts evaluate technical accuracy and syllabus alignment.
- Notification: Decisions are usually communicated within 2–4 weeks.
- Agreement: Approved projects will receive a formal contract detailing royalties and copyrights.
Phase 3: Technical Standards
To ensure a professional publication, manuscripts must meet the following criteria:
- Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) with 1.5 line spacing.
- Visuals: Diagrams and screenshots must be high-resolution (300 DPI).
- Code: Technical code (Python, PHP, .NET, etc.) must be tested and formatted in a monospaced font.
